What is Health Coaching?

The simple answer is someone to help you make positive changes in your life in regards to your health.  My specialty is Behavior Change, which includes changing any undesirable behaviors in regards to your health, such as smoking, eating habits, sedentary lifestyle and drinking.

Step 3: Review and sign the contract I will send you from Square.

Step 4: Communicate with me your current level of weight lifting by sending me sample workouts you have recently completed as well as your weekly cardio broken down by type.  This can be done via screenshot of your activities on any of your devices.  Please email me this data.  If you are not currently active, please let me know.

Step 5: Get Started
